Ok, I just want to start off with saying that I can kind of see what you were trying to go for. Maybe a "inside the body" kind of feel, because I get that impression from the word Blood and the what looks to be a stomach login screen. But I have to say when I look at the brown lumpy area, to me it looks like maybe a large intestine and since it is brown it looks like poop. This may have been what you were going for, but it kind of ruins my impression of this website. When you design a website you need to have two things in mind, the color choices, and the presentation of the website.

When it comes to the colors on the website, anyone who is colorblind will not be able to read your writing due to the fact that the colors don't contrast well. When you have a dark background, you need to use light writing, which is what I think you were trying to do for the brown spots. But the brown isn't dark enough and so the light colored writing is very hard to read. Also, stick to the same font because it will look more professional that way. I would stick to black writing or something darker. The purple, lime green, and orange colors don't look good and they don't compliment each other.

This is a good draft and if you fix the colors, which is the biggest problem, then it will start to look better.
